Since my blog is fairly new, I'm still working on my About Me page. I want it to be classy and funny at the same time so it's probably going to take a while for me to finish it. I saw this on Precious as a Peony and thought it was a great idea so here's a small taste of who I am!
1. I grew up in the country!
I'm from a small town in Southern Virginia that is, literally, in the middle of nowhere. If you drive through it and blink you'll miss it! Bonus fact: I'm related to almost everyone on my street.
2. I've been with my boyfriend for 6 years!
We met in high school and our high school sweethearts were actually best friends!
We reconnected over summer break my sophomore year of college and we've been inseparable ever since. We're planning on getting married soon (I hope!).

3. I love playing The Sims!
I can't remember when or why I started playing this game, but in recent years I've been obsessed with it. I used to own every Sims 2 game and when Sims 3 was announced I pre-ordered my copy ASAP! I'm currently infatuated with the Sims 4 and I'm well on my way to owning every game/stuff pack EA releases for it.
4. I love to read!
I'm an avid reader of any and all books thanks to my mother. And I mean real books, not those electronic ones. I love going into a bookstore and picking up physical copies of people's blood, sweat, and tears. My favorite author at the moment is Robert Gailbraith (or JK Rowling for you muggles).
5. I'm really shy!
Social situations make me nervous and anxious. I'm not a fan of meeting too many new people at once and I'd rather sit in the corner rather than mingling with everyone. I'm working on changing this part of me and I'm hoping that blogging will help with that.
6. I still have no idea what I want to do with my life!
My major in college was Forensic Science with a concentration in biology, but I hate biology. My best subject is English and I once had dreams of being a lawyer. I'm using what's left of my summer to figure out what I'm really passionate about and what I want to do for the rest of my life.
