It's been a little over a month since McKenna's first birthday and I still can't believe she's one! Even after 400 days on this Earth she still continues to amaze me. I knew I wanted to commemorate the occasion with a cake smash photo shoot and these photos did not disappoint. As a first-time mom it took me months to even think of developing a nighttime routine for McKenna. I thought I could just lay her in her bassinet at bedtime and she would magically fall asleep. If I could only redo one thing from her first year I would definitely incorporate a bedtime routine from the start.
