These days Amazon Prime is LIFE! I'm a huge fan of Amazon Prime, Prime Now, and Prime Wardrobe for quick closet additions. It's never been so easy for amazing fashion pieces to show up on your doorstep practically overnight. Sometimes you have to do a little digging before finding a gem, but Amazon's new service can help with that. What is it and should you try it out? Keep reading to find out!
Personal Shopper by Prime Wardrobe is a new subscription service available only to Prime members using the Amazon app. The price is ONLY $5! That alone is a great reason to try this out. Even added to the monthly Prime fee ($12.99) that's a steal! For just $5 you get a curated selection of pieces to choose from based on the super simple style profile you fill out. Here's the rundown: pick 8 of those curated pieces to try on in the comfort of your home, keep them for up to 7 days, keep what you love and send back what you don't with the prepaid label. Sounds a little like Stitch Fix with the exception of picking what pieces you want to try on. Here's a rundown of the similarities and differences:
As a fan of subscription services I feel like Personal Shopper is worth a try for 3 reasons:
- The price is pretty good compared to other clothing subscription services.
- The brand selection includes thousands of brands.
- You actually get to choose the 8 items that show up on your doorstep.
You guys know I'm a fan of any clothing service that makes adding new pieces to my closet 1000x times easier. I don't really get a chance to go out shopping and try on clothes, so the convenience is a huge bonus for me. Tell me your thoughts about this new Amazon service in the comments below!
