Spring has made a few appearances around here, but I can't wait for the season to arrive full-time. Even though the weather isn't cooperating a lot of retailers have already started to release their spring pieces. I am so excited to see lilac, gingham, and sun dresses hitting the racks of my favorite store, Target. They're also hitting another rack: the one on my closet! Today I'm sharing my latest pickups that I can't wait to wear this spring (and even summer!).
Target is my current go-to for clothing at the moment. I am practically IN LOVE with their Universal Thread line! There are so many cute pieces that are on trend for this year and the price points are so good considering the quality. Here's a few of the pieces I've recently picked up from them:

Universal Thread Ruffle Sleeve T-Shirt
My first UT purchase was this cropped ruffle sleeve tee. My spring wardrobe is seriously lacking tops that I can easily throw on with jeans and still look put together. This is a great basic shirt that I can grab when I need to get dressed in a hurry.

Universal Thread Emery Espadrille Sandals
These espadrille sandals are dead ringers for the super popular Marc Fisher Adalyn and Steve Madden Jaylen wedges at a fraction of the price (they're under $40!!). I can't wait for the weather to warm up so I can wear them with all the cute spring outfits I have planned in my head.

Universal Thread Denim Skirt
I recently got rid of my white jeans and haven't bothered to replace them yet, so I needed an alternative for the time being. If you have any recs for white jeans leave them in the comments below! This white denim skirt was the perfect price for this mom on a budget and the fit is A-1.

Another of my favorite Target lines is Who What Wear. This brand offers chic, street style at affordable prices. I only own one piece from this brand, but I've always wanted more pieces from this line. This year I pulled the trigger and purchased a couple pieces. I have to say that I'm so glad I did! The quality is amazing and I am loving the on-trend and fashion forward designs. Here's what I've purchased lately:

Who What Wear Knit to Woven T-Shirt
You may have seen this peplum top in this outfit post from a couple of weeks ago. I love wearing  plain white tees, but they can be kinda boring. This t-shirt has a lace detail that makes it a little cuter than a regular white tee.

Who What Wear One Shoulder Peplum Blouse
Yes, another peplum top. I told you guys I was obsessed with them! The gingham print, one shoulder cut, and bow detail made this a must-have for spring and summer. I can't wait to style this with white jeans and statement earrings on the blog soon!

As you can see all of these pieces are perfect for the upcoming seasons and my wallet since they are all under $50!! I've tried to limit the amount I spend on clothing for myself since I buy so many clothes for McKenna. I feel like I'm at the store every week buying new clothes for her since she grows out of them so fast!
