Now that the weather is FINALLY warming up, I'm trying to get McKenna out of the house as much as possible. Since her dad has an alternative work schedule, a lot of these outings are just the two of us. Since there's no way I can push a stroller and a shopping cart while juggling a diaper bag and purse or change a diaper on the slide at the playground, I've discovered a few must-have items that make getting out of the house this spring so much easier!

Flu season can be a scary time of year for some adults; nobody wants to suffer the debilitating effects of this infection of the nose, throat, and lungs caused by influenza viruses.
