As a millennial, I'm pretty much attached to my phone 24/7. As a millennial parent, I use my phone for everything - taking and sending photos, researching symptoms, and scouring forums for other moms with the same issues. For the past three months I've relied on a few apps that make this motherhood job a little easier. Keep reading for a rundown of my favorite apps for new moms!

Glow Baby

This was the first app I downloaded when I was in the hospital after McKenna was born. I love using it to keep track of how long she nurses, dirty diapers, and sleeping logs. It compiles all the data in one spot so it's easy to answer any questions the doctor might have during her appointments or, God forbid, an emergency. You can also input medications and there's a pumping log as well!

Kidizen

I love using this app to buy and sell pre-loved kids clothing. I have already bought a brand new outfit for McKenna for less than $10, including shipping and handling! The shopping part is great, but I can't wait to list a few of McKenna's gently used outfits in the future. You can download the Kidizen app here. Enter code HEARTBEAT during registration and get $5 off your purchase of $10 or more!

The Bump

This app has been on my phone since the day I found out I was pregnant! I love all the helpful articles and there's a photo album for bump and weekly photos. Every week there's a new article relating to baby's milestones which gives a pretty good idea of what to expect from your little one. This app also has a forum where you can ask or answer any questions about baby.

What to Expect

This is another app I used pretty much everyday of my pregnancy! This is the app version of the popular book "What to Expect When You're Expecting." Everyday there's different articles available on everything from breastfeeding to the latest product recalls and everything in between. This app also has a monthly article that's packed with information about any milestones your little one may hit that month.
