This post was originally about a new style series I wanted to start on the blog. I had everything written and ready to go for about 2 weeks, but last week I had a change of heart. I love Richmond with all my heart. This city has shown me so many new and amazing things that I can't find back at home. There's always so much to do and even more places to explore.

Even though it's rained for 3 weeks straight here in RVA, I'm really looking forward to the warmer weather that's headed our way. I love my Hunter boots and duck boots, but I think it's time to retire them and slip into something a little more comfortable. Sandals and flats are one of my favorite parts of spring and summer fashion - there's always so many to choose from! This season I am definitely looking to invest in a few more pairs. Wishlist Wednesday: St. Patty's Day Picks

One of my favorite things about St. Patrick's Day isn't the parties or parades; it's the opportunity to wear the color green. There are so many shades that it's hard to pick when March 17th comes around.  From olive to emerald to sea foam, there's no shade of green that I don't like. I even love annoying neon, highlighter green! Lucky for you I've compiled a list of my favorite green items that can be worn any time of year.

If I could pick one shoe to wear everyday for the rest of my life, it would be a pair of sneakers. They're super comfortable and, with the "athleisure" trend that's going on now, appropriate for more than just going to the gym! My trusty Roshe Run One's have been my go-to shoes lately, but now I'm looking for a new pair to fill the void in my sneaker heart. From slip-on skate shoes to workout essentials, these are the shoes that I need to jump into my closet...like right now!

Wishlist Wednesday - Birthday Edition!

It's not my birthday (yet), but there is a week left until the big day! I'll save face and leave out how old I'll be and just say I'll still be a twenty-something (at least for a few more years). I normally have no idea what I want for my birthday so I'm a bit surprised this list even exists. I don't expect too much for my birthday since Valentine's Day is right around the corner, but if I had to pick a gift then these items would be on the list for sure!
